经尿道电切联合术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤临床体会 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨经尿道电切联合术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤的临床体会。方法回顾性分析我院自2005年01月至2009年03月收治的84例膀胱肿瘤患者的临床资料,根据不同手术方法,分为观察组(经尿道电切+膀胱灌注组)43例和对照组(膀胱部分切除+膀胱灌注组)41例,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、手术并发症率及平均住院时间较对照组差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者的术后总复发率及3年生存率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尿道电切联合术后膀胱灌注治疗膀胱肿瘤值得临床应用推广。
