摘要
目的:分析探讨孟鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松对咳嗽变异型哮喘(CVA)的治疗效果。方法:将106例咳嗽变异性哮喘患者随机治疗组和对照组,对照组给予吸入沙美特罗/氟替卡松,治疗组在对照组基础上联合盂鲁司特钠,两组均按需吸入沙丁胺醇气雾剂,观察两组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组临床疗效优于对照组,肺功能较对照组亦改善明显(P<0.05)。结论:盂鲁司特钠联合沙美特罗/氟替卡松治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘能显著改善患者临床症状和肺功能,联合治疗效果优于单用沙美特罗/氟替卡松的疗效。
Objecive:To compare the effectiveness of salmeterol/fluticasone propionste and montelukasta in treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA).Method:106 patients with CVA were divided into 2 groups:the comparison group with salmeterol/fluticasone propionste,50μg/250μg for inhalation twice daily,and the treatment group with montelukasta and combination of above-mentioned drug.Every group can use salbutamol aerosol when needed.Clinical symptom,lung function and blood gas analysis were observed before and after the experiment.Result:In the treatment group,clinical symptom,blood gas analysis and pulmonary function have improved.Conclusion:Salmeterol/fluticasone propionste combination montelukasta is effective in treatment of patients with CVA.
