静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死32例疗效分析

目的:探讨早期急性脑梗死尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗的疗效。方法:对32例6小时内的急性脑梗死患者应用100万～120万U尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗,观察溶栓后24小时、2周、3个月时临床疗效。结果:24小时治愈率为15.6%,有效率为68.8%。2周时治愈率为21.9%,有效率为84.4%。3个月治愈率为25%,有效率为90.6%。24小时内出现再出血1例,48小时内出现再灌注损伤2例,未出现再栓塞。结论:急性脑梗死早期尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗疗效确切。

Objective:Investigate the efficacy of intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase therapy in early acute cerebral infarction.Methods:1 to 1.2 million U urokinase intravenous thrombolytic therapy patients of 32 cases of acute cerebral infarction within 6h,24h after thrombolysis,2 weeks,when the efficacy of March.Results:24 hours cure rate was 15.6%,the effective rate of 68.8%.2 weeks,the cure rate was 21.9% effective rate was 84.4%.Three-month cure rate was 25% effective rate was 90.6%.One cases of rebleeding within 24 hours,within 48 hours of reperfusion injury in two cases,does not appear to embolism.Conclusion:The efficacy of early intravenous thrombolysis with urokinase treatment of acute cerebral infarction.
