C反应蛋白在儿科临床中的价值及应用

目的:探讨C-反应蛋白(CRP)检测在儿科感染性疾病中的临床应用、疗效判断及早期诊断的价值。方法:用全自动血细胞仪对28例健康儿及74例细菌性感染患儿进行白细胞计数。用全自动生化仪检对28例健康儿(对照组)及74例细菌性感染患儿(观察组)的hs-CRP检测含量。将以上两种方法进行统计学比较。结果:对照组各种感染性疾病的(hs-CRP)检测值显著低于观察组(P<0.01)。74例细菌性感染患儿中,白细胞水平升高60例,阳性率81.1%;hs-CRP阳性72例,阳性率97.2%,两种检测值阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:临床上,检测儿童细菌性感染治疗和诊断,hs-CRP有一定价值,hs-CRP可以作为诊断儿童观察疗效和细菌性感染的敏感指标。

Objective：To investigate the Clini- cal application, curative effects estimation and early disgnosed value of C - reactive protein（CRP） in paediatrics. Methods ： Auto- mated blood cell white blood cell count in- strument was used for the calculation of 28 cases of heathy and 74 cases of bacterial in- fection children, automatic biochemical ana- lyzer was used to determine the hs - CRP content for 28 cases of heathy （control group） and 74 cases of bacterial infection children（ observation group）. The above two methods were statistically compared. Re- sults ： The hs - CRP testing valuse of various infectious diseases of control group was ob- viously lower than that of the observation group（ P 〈0.01 ）. In the 74 cases of bacte- rial infection children, the white blood cell levels of 60 cases were increased, the posi- tive rate was 81.1% ;hs -CRP was positive in 72 cases, the positive rate was 97.2%.There were statistical significance of the positive rates of the two testing values （ P 〈 O. O1 ）. Conclusion： To determine whether the newborn infection, not only on the dy- namic changes in CRP.
