摘要
目的:提高护士对针刺伤的认识,加强自我防护意识,减少针刺伤的发生,达到有效预防针刺伤的目的。方法:通过对近2年护士发生针刺伤的调查和分析,找出发生针刺伤的原因,如防范意识淡薄,护理操作技术不规范,针刺废弃物处理不当,穿刺对象不合作,护士自身因素、心理因素、生理因素、工作环境因素、工作年限短等因素,从而制定有效的防范措施。结论:减少针刺伤的发生,保障职业安全。
Enhances the nurses＇understandings which stabs to the needle, strengthens the self- protection consciousness,reduces occurrence which the needle stabs, in order to find inoc- ulations of stabs goal. Through the investiga- tions and the analysis to the nurse of my courtyard near in wtlich the needle stabs：for lightly guard consciousness, the nursing op- eration technology is not standard, the acu- puncture reject processes improper, the puncture object does not cooperate, nurses own factors, psychological factor, physiologi- cal factor, working conditions factor, short working life and so on, thus formulates the effective guard measures to conclued the problom how reduce needle stabs and keep a safe occupational.
