CT灌注成像对肺孤立性结节鉴别诊断中的作用 被引量:7

摘要 目的:利用CT灌注成像评价孤立性肺结节的良恶性,研究CT灌注成像在肺结节良恶性鉴别诊断中的作用。方法:对68例SPN患者行同层CT动态增强扫描,建立时间-密度曲线(TAC),统计CT灌注参数,包括血流量(BF)、血容量(BV)表面渗透系数(PS)平均通过时间MTT,并对各参数进行统计学分析,将结果与病理结果进行对照。结果:肺良恶性结节具有不同的时间-密度曲线(TAC),恶性结节的表面渗透系数(PS)明显高于良性结节(P<0.001);血流量(BF),血容量(BV)也高于良性结节(P<0.05),平均通过时间(MTT)两组间没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:螺旋CT灌注成像有利于孤立性肺结节的诊断,对肺结节良恶性的诊断和鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。
