ARDS患者机械通气时两种吸痰方式的效果比较 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨ARDS并行机械通气治疗的患者采用密闭式吸痰(CS)和开放式吸痰(OS)两种吸痰方式的效果。方法:将30例ARDS并行机械通气治疗的患者随机分为CS组和OS组各15例,观察吸痰前后两组心率(HR)、平均动脉压(MAP)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)监护指标的变化,并对两组呼吸机相关性肺炎发生时间、发生率、痰阻发生率及每次吸痰时间等方面进行对比研究。结果:吸痰后OS组HR、MAP和SPO2的变化较CS组明显,两者比较(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;CS组不同时间呼吸机相关性肺炎发生发生率均较低,与OS组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);CS组痰阻发生率较低,与OS组比较,差异也有显著性意义(P<0.05);工作量CS组(平均18秒/次)明显少于OS组(平均30秒/次)。结论:ARDS行机械通气患者CS效果优于OS。
