摘要
目的探讨PDCA循环理论在脑血管病药物管理中的应用及可行性,促进合理用药。方法运用PDCA循环理论进行现状调查,分析出现的问题,找出原因,制定对策并实施干预。将1200例神经内科住院患者分为干预前组和干预后组,将前后两组不合理用药的情况进行对比。结果干预后组不合理用药情况明显低于干预前组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。用药质量持续改进并达到预期目标。结论PDCA质量管理方法有效降低了脑血管病药物不合理用药情况,可在我院脑血管病药物管理中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the application and feasibility of PDCA cycle theory in cerebral vascular medicine use management and to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Method Using PDCA cycle management methods to analyze the problems, identify the causes, formulate and implement the intervention measures. 1200 hospitalized patients of department of neurology were divided into the control group and intervention group. Results The number of the irrational use of cerebral vascular medicine in intervention group were significant lower than the control group （P〈0.05） ： Conelutian The application of PDCA cycle obviously improved the cerebral vascular medicine use quality. It can be widely used in management of cerebral vascular medicine use management in our hospital.
