自闭症儿童的感觉统合训练疗法研究

Training Autistic Children's Sensory Integration Therapy Research

目的观察感觉统和训练疗法作用于儿童自闭症患者的临床疗效。方法对收入我院的40例儿童自闭症患者进行分析,随机分为2组,一组为试验组,一组为对照组,每组各20例,对照组采用教育、心理治疗、药物治疗(卡马西平、苯异妥因、中医中药)常规治疗;而试验组在与对照组常规治疗相同的基础上,加用感觉统和训练疗法。分析2组感觉统和训练得分情况。结果试验组和对照组的感觉统和评分均较治疗前有所改善,临床症状都有所减轻;但是经过感觉统和训练的试验组他们的感觉统和治疗评分得分结果有更明显的改善,临床症状的改善程度比对照组要高。2组经统计学软件分析,P<0.05,差异比较有统计学意义。结论感觉统和训练疗法能明显改善儿童自闭症患者的临床症状,提高大脑的感觉统和能力和患儿的生活质量。

Objective Observe the clinical curative effect after feeling series and training therapy in patients with autism children. Methods The income of our 40 children with autism were analyzed, and randomly divided into two groups, one group of patients, one group of control group, each group has 20 peoples. The control group used the education, the psychological treatment, drug therapy （carbamazepine, benzene vision for completed, traditional chinese medicine） conventional treatment; and besides the routine treatment group as well as control group, the patient add with feeling series and training regimens. Analysis of the two groups feel series and training scores. Results Patients and controls feeling series and score were improved than before treatment, clinical symptoms were mitigated; but after feeling series and training their results had significantly more rating score, the clinical symptoms were improved higher than the control group. After comparisons analysis software in two groups, P〈0.05, was a statistically significant difference. Conclusion Feel series and training therapy can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of children with autism, improve the brain＇s sensory series and ability and the quality of life of the patients.
