中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能不全的疗效观察

Efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine Colon Dialysis Chronic Renal Insufficiency

目的探讨口服尿毒清结合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床治疗效果。方法抽取2001年2月至2011年11月期间在我科慢性肾功能不全患者单纯口服尿毒清与口服尿毒清结合中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者各80例资料,对2组患者治疗前后的症状、血肌肝(SCr)、血尿素氮(BUN)等指标变化进行总结,观察临床疗效。结果口服尿毒清结肠透析治疗组在治疗前后症状改善,生化指标明显好转。结论口服尿毒清结合中药结肠透析对早中期CRF患者治疗效果良好,可明显延缓肾病进展。

Methods Extracted from February 2001 during November in my families chronic renal insufficiency patients simple oral urine poisonous clear and oral urine poisonous clear combined with chinese traditional medicine colon dialysis patients with chronic renal failure all 80 cases of material, the 2 groups of patients before and after treatment, symptoms of blood liver （SCr） , muscle blood urea nitrogen （BUN） index change summarized, observed the clinical effect. Results Oral urine poisonous clear colon dialysis treatment group in the improvement of symptoms before and after treatment, biochemical indicators improved obviously. Conclusion Oral urine poisonous clear combined with chinese traditional medicine colon dialysis patients to treatment effect early or middle CRF good, can obviously delay progress of kiduey disease.
