摘要
西北汛期干旱预测系统是在WINDOWS98环境下开发 ,主界面是用VisualBasic6 .0和少量C ++代码写成 ,内部计算程序由FortranPowerStion4 .0写成。系统界面美观 ,友好 ,具有良好的实用性和先进性。
The drought prediction system during flooding season in northwest China was developed in the Windows98 Operating System.The main interface was writen with Visual Basic6.0 and C++ code.The inner calculating programs was writen with Forttran PowerStation4.0.The system interface is beautiful,friendly,practical and advanced.
