摘要
目的:利用电感耦合等离子体光谱法同时测定保健品中的钙、铁、锌、镁、锗五种金属元素。方法:采用微波消化处理,利用电感耦合等离子体光谱法分析保健品中的钙、铁、锌、镁、锗元素。通过标准曲线计算其含量。结果:五种元素的线性关系良好,RSD在0.5%~2.6%;回收率在84%~109%之间。结论:该方法具有线性范围宽、检出限低,分析效率高、准确、精密度高的特点;适合作为保健品中五种金属元素的含量测定方法。
Objective:To detect levels of Calcium,Ferrum,Zinc,Magnesium and Germanium in the health care products by ICP-OES method.Methods: After microwave digestion,levels of calcium,ferrum,zinc,magnesium and germanium in test samples were detected by ICP-OES.Results: The linear relationship of the five elements were good,the values of RSD were 0.5%~2.6%;Recovery rates were 84%~109%.Conclusion: This method has wide linear range,low detection limit,high analysis efficiency,good accuracy and precision.It can be used to determinate the five metals element content in the health care products.
