摘要
目的:应用石墨炉原子吸收炉内直接消化测定茶饮料中铅含量。方法:样品经稀释后直接进样测定。结果:茶饮料中铅的加标回收率为96.7%~103.8%,相对标准偏差在0.78%~3.39%之间。结论:使用本方法检测茶饮料中铅,操作简单,结果准确,有较强的实用性。
Objective:To apply the method for detecting lead in tea drinks by direct inner furnace digestion in graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.Methods: The samples were directly injected for determination after dilution.Results: The standard recovery rate of lead in tea drinks was 96.7%~103.8%,the relative standard deviation was 0.78%~3.39%.Conclusion: Lead detections in tea drinks under this condition can quickly get the accurate results through the minimal procedures.
