摘要
目的:采集一批上市的新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉。方法:采用湿法消化-火焰-原子吸收分光光度法对其进行铜元素含量的测定。结果:新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉中铜的含量依次为(2.302±0.004)mg/kg(、2.007±0.004)mg/kg(、4.338±0.004)mg/kg;超标率依次为2.94%,0%,8.57%。结论:检测数据表明,猪、羊肉中铜都有不同程度超标。
Objective:To detect the level of Cu in some local pork,beef and mutton in season in Xinjiang.Methods: Wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry were used for detection of Cu level in these meat.Results: In Xinjiang,the levels of Cu in local pork,beef and mutton were(2.302±0.004)mg/kg,(2.007±0.004)mg/kg and(4.338±0.004)mg/kg,while the over-limit rate of Cu in them were 2.94%,0% and 8.57% in turn.Conclusion: The detection results showed that Cu content in local pork and mutton exceeded the standard to different degrees.
