新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉中铜含量的测定

Detection of Cu in local pork,beef and mutton in Xinjiang

目的:采集一批上市的新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉。方法:采用湿法消化-火焰-原子吸收分光光度法对其进行铜元素含量的测定。结果:新疆地产猪、牛、羊肉中铜的含量依次为(2.302±0.004)mg/kg(、2.007±0.004)mg/kg(、4.338±0.004)mg/kg;超标率依次为2.94%,0%,8.57%。结论:检测数据表明,猪、羊肉中铜都有不同程度超标。

Objective：To detect the level of Cu in some local pork,beef and mutton in season in Xinjiang.Methods： Wet digestion and flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry were used for detection of Cu level in these meat.Results： In Xinjiang,the levels of Cu in local pork,beef and mutton were（2.302±0.004）mg/kg,（2.007±0.004）mg/kg and（4.338±0.004）mg/kg,while the over-limit rate of Cu in them were 2.94%,0% and 8.57% in turn.Conclusion： The detection results showed that Cu content in local pork and mutton exceeded the standard to different degrees.
