2007年-2011年新疆洛浦县碘盐监测结果分析

Analysis of iodized salt monitoring results in Luopu county of Xinjiang from 2007 to 2011

目的:全面准确地了解新疆洛浦县碘缺乏病防治工作效果质量和洛浦县居民户食用碘盐情况动态评价人群碘营养状况的消长趋势,适时采取针对性的干预措施。方法:按照《全国碘盐监测方案》和《新疆维吾尔自治区碘盐监测方案》开展监测。要求将监测区划分为东,西,南,北,中5个片区,采集居民食用盐。按照国家标准(GB/T13025.7-1999)直接全定量滴定法测定食盐中碘含量,计算碘盐覆盖率,合格碘盐覆盖率,碘盐合格率。结果:2007年-2011年共监测居民食用盐1500份,实际采碘盐份数1481份。碘盐总合格率为94.87%,碘盐覆盖率为98.73%,非碘盐为16份,非碘盐率1.08%,1481份碘盐中有1405份为合格碘盐,食用碘盐合格率为93.78%。结论:通过好几年的监测,洛浦县碘盐监测工作中逐渐规范化了,碘盐质量不断提高了,碘盐实验室监测工作一年比一年标准划了,监测水平不断提高了,监测技术能力一年比一年变深了,洛浦县人群食用碘盐覆盖率和合格碘盐食用率均达到消除碘缺乏病国家标准。

Objective：To understand the control efficiency of iodine deficiency disorders and consumption of household iodized salt in Luopu county of Xinjiang,so as to evaluate the growth and decline trend of iodine nutrition situation and adopt countermeasures timely.Methods： Household iodized salt were collected from 5 areas of Luopu county for monitoring according to ＂National iodized salt monitoring programme＂ and ＂Xinjiang Uygur autmnomous region programme for iodized monitoring＂.Iodine level in edible salt was determined by direct full-quantification titration method（GB/T13025.7-1999）,then coverage rate of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt as well as the qualified rate of iodized salt were calculated.Results： 1500 household edible salt samples were monitored from 2007 to 2011.There were 1481 iodized salt samples,the total qualified rate of iodized salt was 94.87%（1405/1481）,the proportion of non-iodized salt was 1.08%（16/1481）,the qualified rate of edible iodized salt was 93.78% and the coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.73%.Conclusion： The iodized salt monitoring has been improved these years.Both the coverage rate of iodized salt and edible rate of qualified iodized salt can meet the standard for eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
