摘要
本文对金刚石合成几种常用的传压介质进行了分析和对比,总结了目前国内六面顶工艺中传压介质的使用特点和存在的问题,提出了高品级金刚石合成对传压介质的要求,并通过试验研究得出了部分结论。
This paper analyzes and compares some pressure media commonly used in the synthesis of diamond, reviews the application features and problems of the pressure media in six - dimension process, sets forth some requirements for high - quality diamond synthesis, and reaches some conclusions by practice.
