摘要
针对不同封装结构的尿素SCR催化器建立了三维模型,并利用CFD技术对催化器内部的速度场和压力场进行了模拟研究。研究发现,催化器初始封装方案的压力损失不能满足预期要求;将催化器封装结构调整后,其压力损失能够满足设计要求。
For the different structure of the SCR catalytic converter,the 3D model was built. The fields of the velocity and pressure in the converter were simulated and studied. The results showed that the pressure loss was higher than expected value in the first designed plan. After adjust the structure of the converter,the simulation results showed that the pressure of converter suit for the requirement very well.
