摘要
针对工程中遇到的具体设计难题,将田口设计方法应用于橡胶减振器的设计中,选择合适的直交表L25,通过较少次数的计算与分析获取优化后的设计参数,提高了设计效率,降低了设计成本。验证了田口设计方法在工业领域的实用性,为其他工业产品的设计和优化提供了借鉴。
This article studies the basic concepts of taguchi method. Aimed at the difficulties of design, the taguchi method is applied to the design of rubber spring. The orthogonal table L25 is determined and the optimal parameters are obtained by using a few of orthogonal experiments which can save a lot of cost of design and improves the efficiency of design. This article verifies the effectiveness of Taguehi method and provides model and experience for other design and optimization for other rubber parts.
