新产品开发中的客户参与和供应商参与前沿研究述评与未来展望 被引量:6

摘要 客户参与和供应商参与研究已成为西方创新管理研究的一个重要分支。本文从客户参与和供应商参与的内涵、影响因素及其与绩效的关系等方面对现有相关研究进行了回顾,指出了现有研究的不足和未来需要深入探讨的问题,以期为我国转型背景下的客户参与和供应商参与研究提供理论依据和借鉴。
