试论“肺为血脏”与活血化瘀法

Investigation of the Relationship between Lungs and Blood and Treatments Dissipating Blood Stasis

历代对肺为血脏和肺瘀血的论证较少,但肺脏对全身血液的生成和运行有重要意义。肺为血脏主要表现在:全身之血生于肺,气血关系密切,肺与脉关系密切及肺部解剖结构特点等方面。在疾病状态下,气、血、津液密切联系,可相互影响,使得肺脏容易出现肺瘀血。但是,由于肺脏特殊的生理特点和功能,肺瘀血的表现缺乏特异性,临床上较易被忽视。治疗上,活血化瘀法治疗急慢性肺系疾病可收到较好的疗效,应予以足够重视。

Lung is an important respiratory organ of the human body, the demonstration of the blood in lungs and the pul- monary blood stasis is relatively less. Lung is important to the production and operation of the blood in the body. Because of the physiological characteristics of the lung and the closely relationship between qi, blood and water, it makes the lung easy in state of disease when the blood stasis in lungs. The treatment dissipating blood stasis for acute or chronic pulmonary dis- ease can receive effective results, and it should be paid enough attention.
