引起黑木耳栽培种污染细菌的分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 以污染的木耳三级栽培种"荤油"层为材料,采用多种分离纯化方法、16S rDNA分子鉴定法以及回接试验,分离并鉴定出引起食用菌栽培种污染的细菌3株,其分属于Paenibacillus、Bacillus和Lysinibacillus属,分别命名为YC3、YC8、YC12。 In order to effectively control the bacterial contamination of edible cultivars production, we used the contaminated third Black fungus cuhivars as material in this experiment, which called "Hunyou" layer, using a variety of purification methods, 16SrDNA molecular identification method, and tieback test to isolated and identified of 3 strains bacteria causing edible cuhivars pollution. The results showed that the three strains bacteria belong to Paenibacillus, Bacillus, and Lysinibacillus genus, named YC3, YC8, YC12. respectively.
