摘要
目的对药品检验机构聘用制改革工作提出建议。方法对陕西省药品检验所聘用制改革进行了全面的回顾,对事业单位聘用制改革中发现的问题及解决对策进行了探讨。结果与结论应加强事业单位人事管理法制建设,强化聘用后的管理和考核,形成合理的收入分配机制,才能推进药品检验机构聘用制改革的进一步深化。
Objective To provide valuable suggestions to the institute for drug control. Methods The comprehensive review of reformation of employment systems in reformation of employment systems in Shanxi Institute for Food and Drug Control was presented, and some pertinent problems and the corresponding strategies were discussed in detail in this paper. Results and Conclusion It provides valuable suggestions to the reformation of employment systems in Institute for Food and Drug Control.
