1例糖尿病患者服用口服降糖药引起肝损害不良反应的分析

A Case of Induced Liver Injury due to Oral Hypoglyceimic Agents

目的报道口服降糖药引起糖尿病患者肝损害的不良反应。方法对我院口服降糖药引起的1例糖尿病患者肝损害进行分析、总结,提出口服降糖药合理使用的建议。结果与结论应加强对长期使用口服降血糖药物引起肝损害的重视,临床使用中密切监测各项生化指标,合理应用。

Objective To report that oral hypoglyceimic agents may cause diabetic patients with hepatic damage.Methods To analyse and summarize one case of hepatic damage caused by use of hypoglyceimic agents in our hospital,and put forward proposals of reasonable application of hypoglyceimic agents.Results and Conclusion The attention should be strengthened on hepatic damage caused by oral hypoglyceimic agents long-time using,close monitoring biochemical indicator in clinical using and reasonable application.
