在芝麻香型白酒生产过程中,将芝麻香丢糟回收再利用,其经济和社会效益显著。一方面将芝麻香丢糟再发酵进行串蒸,其串蒸酒作为调味酒,可提高中、低档浓香型白酒的质量;另一方面可用来生产动物酶蛋白饲料,减少环境污染,发展循环经济。
In the production of sesame flavor liquor, the recycling and reuse of distiller's grains have significant economic and social benefits. On one hand, the liquor produced from cross-steaming of the fermented distiller's grains can be used as blending liquor to improve the quality of medium or low-grade of Luzhou flavor liquor. On the other hand, the fermented distiller's grains can be used to produce animal protein feed which reduced the environmental pollution and promoted the circular economy.
