随着科学技术的日益发展,对测量结果准确程度的要求也越来越高,测量误差一词已经不能正确的表达测量结果的可靠性。在不久的将来,测量误差的概念将会被测量不确定度的概念所取代。详细介绍了二者的联系和区别,对其正确应用和规范表达具有指导作用。

With the increasing development of science and technology, the accuracy requirements for the results of measurement become strictly. The measurement error can no longer express the reliability of the measurement results. In the nearly future, the concept of measurement error will be replaced by measurement uncertainty. The relationship and difference between these two concepts were described in this paper which will be useful in proper application and suitable expression of them.
