摘要
以某型蒸汽锅炉锅筒为对象,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对锅筒稳态温度场和应力场进行三维数值模拟,得到了锅筒应变和应力场的分布情况。计算结果表明,锅筒管孔区存在应力集中现象;应力最大值点位于下降管和筒体相贯处,即A点;该区域发生了部分塑性形变。研究结果为锅炉锅筒的安全性评定提供了依据。
On the basis of ANSYS software, it studied the numerical simulation on steam boiler drum, obtained the distribution of strain and stress field under the steady-state working condition. The results showed that the high stress gradient exists in the region of the junction of the nozzle and the tube sheets, the largest stress point locked at the axial section of drum hole (generally said A point), and the plastic deformation exists in partial region. The results provide a basis for the safety assessment of the drum.
