摘要
某1000 MW机组增压风机在运行中发生叶片损坏事件。经分析,其直接原因为风机入口内部筋板振动引起疲劳断裂,导致风机叶片和后导叶严重损坏,增压风机长期在不稳定工作区运行是引起筋板振动疲劳断裂的主要原因。通过改变叶片安装角、改善烟气系统阻力和提高风机支撑刚性等措施,有效地解决了增压风机的振动问题,防止类似现象发生。
The booster fan of 1000 MW unit occurs blade damage during operation. The direct cause of blade damage is vibration of internal rib plate which lead to fatigue fracture, and the booster fan operates within unstable area are the main reason of vibration. By changing blade installation angles, improving resistance of flue gas system and the fan supporting rigid measures, which effectively solved the vibration of booster fan and avoid similar phenomenon.
