摘要
在假定订单池中的订单都是有利润的条件下,研究了如何实现订单的批量化处理方式,即将相似性大的订单作为一组进行批量生产,先分析各个产品的共性部件(包括标准件)和个性化部件,对于个性化部件,与客户协商是否可延迟交付,以便于与其他订单进行相似性比较,目的是为了批量化生产,在一定程度上减少产品的多样化。最后对后续的订单聚类进行了重点分析,并结合具体算例展示了其实际应用。
Under the condition that all the orders in the accepted order pool are proiltabie confirmed by the market, the order batching process method was offered herein, where the large similarity orders were taken as a set of batch production. Firstly, the common components(including standard parts) and personalized parts of all orders were analyzed. For those individual components ,negotiating with customers whether they can be delayed in order to compare their similarity with other orders, thus a more big batch production may be made and product diversification will be reduced to some extents. Finally, main attention was focused on order clustering analysis, and an example was presented to illustrate the application of the order process flow.
