强化地板液体耐磨纸性能的研究

Research on the Properties of Liquid Wear-resisting Paper for Laminate Flooring

采用耐磨微粒液相喷涂技术与装备,研究了胶种、调胶工艺、耐磨微粒与表面改性等对强化地板表面耐磨性能的影响,发现了MF性能与耐磨微粒分布均匀度密切相关,并且耐磨微粒材料、表面改性、粒径与喷涂量对强化地板耐磨转数具有影响。当三氧化二铝(Al_2O_3)耐磨微粒与MF的质量比为0.35～0.45时,表面改性的耐磨微粒(220目的Al_2O_3)能大幅度改善耐磨性能。此外,调胶工艺与耐磨纸的预固化度对耐磨性能也有不同程度的影响。

The influences of resin types, glue mixing process, wear-resisting particles and surface modification on surface abrasion resistance of laminate flooring were studied by using liquid spraying technology and relevant equipment. The results showed that： the performance of MF closely influenced the dispersity of wear resisting material; types, surface modification, particle size and spraying amount of wear resisting materials had different influences on the product abrasion resistance; the modified A1203（220#） could significantly improve the wear-resisting MFwas 0.35-0.45; in addition, the glue per affected the abrasion value to some properties of the product when mass ratio of the modified A1203 to mixing process and pre-curing degree of liquid wear-resisting padegree.
