油气输送管道泄漏实验系统

A Leakage Experimental System for Oil and Gas Pipes

摘要 管道输送气体和液体在石油化工、油气储运和城市供水、供气中得到广泛应用。但由于存在常规损坏和人为损坏,易引起管道泄漏和阀门、法兰等管道附属部位的泄漏。一旦发生管道泄漏事故,不但影响管道的正常运行,造成资源浪费和经济损失,而且,由于石油化工行业中的输送产品大多具有易燃、易爆、腐蚀、毒性等多种危害性,还可能造成火灾、爆炸、中毒、伤亡等恶性事故。 Piped gas and liquid transportation is widely used in the fields of petroleum chemical industry, oil and gas storage and transportation and urban water supply, etc. However since there are regular damage and artificial damage, the leakage of pipe and accessory parts, such as valve, flange, is often occurred. Once pipeline leakage accident happened, not only the normal operation of the pipeline is affected, but also most of the transported products in oil chemical industry is flammable, explosive, corrosive, and toxic, thereby being easy to cause hazardous accidents, such as fire, explosion, poisoning, casualties and malignant.
