论明清时期广西的历史进程与政区响应——以“道”的演变为中心

Historic Process and Response of Administrative Area in Guangxi in the Ming and Qing Dynasties:The Evolution of Dao

明清时期"道"从布政司、按察司的派出机构逐渐演变为一级准政区,是地方行政制度上的一大变化。广西"道"的设置演变,既具有与内地的一致性,又具有自身的特点。明王朝对广西经略的强化、清前期的改土归流和清末的边疆危机,导致广西"道"的设置和辖区频繁调整,充分反映出区域历史进程对政区设置演变的影响。以"道"为中心的政区设置的演变,对广西区域历史进程和边防建设也产生了积极作用。

It was a great change of regional administrative system that Dao as the agency of Bu Zheng Si and An Cha Si became a sub-administrative area gradually in the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The Dao of Guangxi was in keeping with the interior about the installation and evolution, and had its own characteris- tics. The ruler strengthened the control in Guangxi in the Ming Dynasty, The Gai Tu Gui Liu in the earli- er stage and the frontier crisis in the last stage in the Qing Dynasty brought about the frequent adjustment of the installation and limits of Dao, and reflected the influence of regional historic process on the installa- tion and evolution of administrative area. The installation and evolution of Dao played an important role in the regional historic process and the construction of frontier defense in Guangxi.
