On Ways of Avoiding Translating Special Terms of Current Affairs in Chinglish

英译时事政治术语,最易产生中式英语。从汉语负迁移视角看,产生中式英语的原因主要有文化负迁移、思维负迁移和语言负迁移。应根据时政术语的特点,采取不同的翻译方法,更要分析中式英语的成因,进行英汉对比研究,加强两种语言尤其是英语的修养,尽量做到避免中式英语,让译文更接近"信、达、雅"的境界。

Special terms in current affairs are the product of the special Chinese politics in different stages. The toughest problem in translating them is Chinglish. From the angle of negative transfer of Chinese, this article analyzes the reasons of Chinglish and proposes ways to avoid them, such as studying the char- acteristics of special terms, adopting different ways to translate them in accordance with their different traits, doing comparative research between English and Chinese, reinforcing the respective language com- petence, especially English etc. so as to make translation close to the standard of ＂faithfulness, expres- siveness, elegance＂ and make China better known to the world.
