浙江省发达地区乡镇卫生院建筑设备现状研究

Infrastructure status quo of township hospitals in Zhejiang developed regions

目的:了解浙江省乡镇卫生院的基本设施建设现状,为课题组合理规划小康型乡镇卫生院建设提供依据。方法:采用问卷方式对浙江省发达地区乡镇卫生院基本设施建设现状进行调查。结果:浙江省发达地区有乡镇卫生院平均每院建筑用房面积6 546平方米,业务用房面积平均为5 321平方米,每万服务人口房屋建筑面积1 169平方米,每万服务人口业务用房面积946平方米;平均每千人口实际床位数0.61张;平均每院5万以上医疗设备装备为15.17台;彩色B超机、DR、心电图机、常规检验设备拥有率为100%,肠镜拥有率最低,为5.7%。结论:合理确定建设规模,合理规划床位数量,合理配置设备器械装备。

Objective To know about the infrastructure status quo of township hospitals in Zhejiang developed regions,and to provide the scientific basis for research group to plan developed township hospital.Methods Questionnaire survey was adopted.Results For each township hospital in Zhejiang developed regions,there were 6546 square meters of construction area,and 5321 square meters of business housing area,1169 square meters of construction area and 946 square meters of business housing area for every 10 000 population,0.61 bed for every thousand of population,15.17 medical equipment which cost more than 50 thousand yuan.The possession rate of color Doppler ultrasound equipment,DR,ECG equipment and conventional test equipment was 100% while that of colonoscope was the lowest,5.7%.Conclusion Reasonable construction scale,rational plan of the number of beds,and rational allotment of medica1 equipment are necessary.
