建立新西兰白兔脊柱结核的两种方法比较研究

摘要 目的:选择最佳的手术入路构建兔脊柱结核动物模型,为研究脊柱结核早期病变及影像学表现提供实验载体。方法:选择兔龄24周龄以上健康新西兰白兔30只,随机分为4组(A、B、C、D),A、B为感染组,每组10只;C、D为对照组,每组5只。A、B感染组分别采用侧方入路和后方入路注入结核杆菌;C、D对照组分别采用侧方入路和后方入路注入生理盐水。分别于术后1、2、3周每组在麻醉下钳取实验动物术后椎体行病理学检查。结果:B组兔子死亡1只,术后1周A、B组抗酸杆菌实验均为阴性:术后2周A组病理检查9/10抗酸杆菌阳性,1/10抗酸杆菌阴性,B组抗酸杆菌实验2/9阳性,7/9阴性;术后3周A、B组抗酸杆菌均为阳性。C、D组病理均阴性。术后病理结果采用来两独立样本的卡方检验,P<0.05,认为A组术后2周抗酸杆菌阳性率高于B组。结论2种手术均成功建立了兔脊柱结核模型。侧方入路比后方入所诱发的脊柱结核出现更早,进展较快且动物术后并发症少,存活率高。 Objective: To Choose the best surgical approach build rabbit spinal tuberculosis animal mod-el, for the research spinal tuberculosis early lesions and imaging findings provide the carrier. Methods: thirty healthy New Zealand rabbits( age 〉 24 weeks)were selected in this study. Randomly divided into 4 groups( A, B,C,D) ,A and B group for infection,each group of 10 mbbits;C and D as control group,each group of 10 rabbits. A and B infection were used respectively to the side of the road and rear mad into the tuberculosis ba- cillus; C, D control group were used respectively to the side road and the road ahead into the saline. Then 1, 2, 3 weeks each group in anesthesia operated on foreign after experimental animals vertebral body do pathology examination. Results : Group B rabbits death only 1, after one week of A and B group fight acid coli experi-ment are negative; After two weeks in group A pathological examination 9/10 fight acid co|i positive, 1/10 fight acid coli negative, group B fight acid coli experiment positive 2/9, 7/9 negative; Three weeks after A and B group fight acid coli are all positive. C, D group pathology are negative. Postoperative pathologic result using two independent sample chi - square test, P 〈 0.05, can think group A after two weeks of positive ba- cillus higher than an acid group B. Conclusion: Two are performed successfully established rabbit spinal tu-berculosis model. Side into the road into the road than behind the induced spinal tuberculosis appear more ear-ly, progress faster and less postoperative complications of animals, the survival rate is high.
