摘要 目前在细分层注水管柱的力学分析中,封隔器胶筒对套管的摩擦力大多使用估计值或数值模拟分析结果,很少有精确的试验数据,无法适应细分层注水技术对封隔器在井下位置精确计算的要求。设计封隔器胶筒模拟试验装置,对测定胶筒与套管的摩擦力大小具有重要意义。试验结果表明:压力在4~17MPa时,胶筒与套管的摩擦力与轴向加压压力基本呈线性关系;在无润滑条件下,当压力为17MPa时,单级封隔器对套管产生的摩擦力约30kN。为细分层注水管柱的力学分析提供了试验数据,有助于确保细分层注水工艺的稳定实施。 At present,in the mechanics analysis of subdivision water injection tubing string, the estimated value or the numerical simulation results are mostly used as the packer rubber-casing wall friction force which can not be adapted to the requirements of subdivision water injection technique about the precise position of packer under the downhole and there are few accurate test data. Therefore,it is necessary to design packer rubber simulation test tool and measure the rubber-casing wall friction force. The test re- suits indicate that the law between rubber-casing wall friction force and axial set-down pressure is in a linear relation under the pressure during 4-17 MPa. In no lubrication condition, single stage rubber-casing wall friction force is about 3 tons produced at 17 MPa pressure. The results can provide experimental ba- sis for the mechanics analysis of subdivision water injection tubing, and will be helpful to ensure the sta- bility of subdivision water injection technique.
