高含硫井放空短节爆管原因分析

对某高含硫井放空短节爆管原因进行了调查研究,分析了短节爆管形貌,对爆管短节材质、现场类似短节材质和库存备料材质等进行了试验。通过调查研究和试验对比分析,认为爆管是高含H2S环境下管材的氢致开裂,材料用错和硬度超标是爆管主要原因。
