高含硫井放空短节爆管原因分析

摘要 对某高含硫井放空短节爆管原因进行了调查研究,分析了短节爆管形貌,对爆管短节材质、现场类似短节材质和库存备料材质等进行了试验。通过调查研究和试验对比分析,认为爆管是高含H2S环境下管材的氢致开裂,材料用错和硬度超标是爆管主要原因。 The short section of pipe ted. The burst short section of pip piping' s material, test material of ex ing plosion's causes of high sulfur content well was investiga- 's appearance was analyzed,and the burst short section of e similar short section and the short section on storeroom were tested. Through the investigation and test comparison and analysis, it was believed that the high hydrogen sulfide environment cause pipe's hydrogen induced cracking. The material errors and excessive weld hardness is the main reason.
