摘要
针对引水员梯、舷梯的设计与布置,综合国际海事组织、海安会近年来新生效的各类规范与巴拿马运河当局最新规范要求,以80000吨级散货船为例,对引水员梯、舷梯的长度、定位、角度、各组合使用工况及其他相关的设计和布置的技术细节作了深入的分析。并将各类规范中对于引水员梯、舷梯的技术要求的差异点进行了归纳、总结和对比。
In conjunction with the new rules and regulations of IMO and SOLAS and the latest requirements from Panama Canal Authority for the pilot ladder and accommodation ladder, an 80 000 DWT bulk carrier was taken as an example in this article. The design and arrangement such as the length, position, angel, combined working conditions and some other relevant technical details was deeply analyzed. And the difference between the rules and regulations for the pilot ladder and accommodation ladder was summarized and compared.
