摘要 大型矿砂船(VLOC)具有船体尺度大、载荷高等特点,对高应力区可能产生应力集中的重要结构构件、节点必须进行三维有限元强度计算分析。以250000 DWT大型矿砂船为研究对象,采用通用软件MSC/PATRAN建立舱段结构有限元模型,按照ABS船级社规范,使用SAFEHULL软件,实现了舱段结构强度的有限元计算分析,对货舱段主要构件进行了直接强度评估,保证了大型矿砂船船体结构的强度安全。 Due to the inherent characteristics of large scale and extreme heavy loadings for very large ore carriers (VLOC), it was imperative to carry out the three-dimensional finite element analysis for primary structure members and connection joint located in potential high stress concentration regions. The finite element analysis for a 250 000 DWT VLOC was presented in this paper. A finite element model for cargo hold of the ship was set up via MSC/PATRAN software. According to the Rules of American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) ,the finite element analysis and calculations for structure strength of the cargo hold is conducted with SAFEHULL software,and a direct strength evaluation for the primary structures in cargo hold was performed to guarantee the structure safety.
