针药结合治疗原发性痛经的疗效观察

目的观察少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 2008年1月～2012年1月对60例原发性痛经患者作为治疗组采用针药结合进行治疗,并且将另外40例作为对照组,仅用少腹逐瘀汤加减进行治疗,观察并记录两组的疗效。结果对照组及治疗组总有效率分别为67.5%和85.0%,两组患者疗效比较,治疗组总有效率高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论少腹逐瘀汤配合针灸治疗原发性痛经疗效可靠。

Objective To observe Shaofuzhuyu soup acupuncture acupuncture combined with the method of treatment of primary dysmenorrhea clinical efficacy.Methods From January 2008 to January 2012, 60 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea treatment group acupuncture combined with treatment.And another 40 cases as a control group, to only Shaofuzhuyu soup method of treatment, at the same time to observe and record the efficacy of the two groups.Results There were efficiency comparison, the total efficiency of the control group and the treatment group was 67.5% and 85.0% respectively, two sets of efficacy in patients with treatment groups were compared with efficiency higher than that in the control group, P〈0.05, statistically significant.Conclusion The Shaofuzhuyu soup acupuncture combined with reliable efficacy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.
