摘要
文章通过对煤化工生产消耗高的原因进行分析,并对如何加强煤炭管理、技术改造做出阐述,进一步加强职工业务学习、提高操作水平,做好职工思想工作,激发职工的工作热情,以降低煤耗为企业降本增效,增强企业在市场中的竞争力。
The paper mainly analysed the high energy consumption of the coal chemical production, and illustrated how to strengthen the coal management and technical transformation how to further strengthen the worker＇s study, how to improve worker operation level, how to stimulate the staffwork enthusiasm, to lower the coal consumption for enterprise to reduce cost and increase benefits, enhance the competitiveness of enterprise in market.
