山苍子总三萜酸含量的测定

Determination of Total Triterpenoid from the Litsea cubeba.

目的:建立山苍子总三萜酸含量的测定方法。方法:以熊果酸标准品为对照,5%香草醛-冰醋酸和高氯酸为显色剂,紫外分光光度法测定山苍子枝和叶中总三萜酸的含量。结果:山苍子枝和叶中总三萜酸含量分别为0.082%,0.689%,加样回收率分别为100.61%,102.60%;RSD分别为2.16%,1.41%。结论:此方法简单易操作,且结果准确,可靠。

Objective： To establish the determination methods of the total Triterpenoid contents from Litsea cubeba. Methods： Took Ursolic acid as standard, contents of total Triterpenoid in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were determined by spectrophotometer with 5 % vanillin-acetic acid and perchloric acid as colored reagent. Results： The average value of contents of total Triterpenoid in Litsea cubeba stems and leaves were 0,082 % and 0.689 %, and the average recovery of the method were 100.61% and 102.60 %. The RSD of reproducibility test were 2.16 % and 1.41% respectively. Conclusion： The method is simple and easy to operate, the result is accurate and reliable.
