摘要 目的:建立一种以色谱法分离测试马来酸及马来酸母液中富马酸含量的新方法。方法:采用Shodex SH1011糖柱(300×8 mm),流动相:0.005 mol/L硫酸溶液,流速:1.0 mL/min,测定波长:210 nm,进样量:20μL。结果:该方法在质量浓度0.1~50 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,y=181.15 x-14.981,R2=1,加标样回收率为96.2%~103.7%,RSD在0.65%~1.27%之间(n=7),最低检出限为0.04 mg/L。结论:通过对分离柱的选择,避免了使用甲醇、乙腈等对人体有害的物质,可以快速、准确的测定马来酸和富马酸含量。 Objective: A new method to separate and determine the content of fumaric acid by HPLC in maleic acid and maleic acid mother liquid was set up. Method: Shodex SH1011 sugar column (300x8 mm) was used as separation column and 0.005 mol/L sulfuric acid used as mobile phase. Flow speed was 1.0 mL/min, test wavelength was 210 nm, inpouring was 20 μL. Result: The method had a good linear relationship within the range of a mass concentration of 0.1-50 mg/L, y=181.15 x-14.981, R2=l, the range of recovery is 96.2 %-103.7 %, the range of RSD was 0.65 %-1.27 % (n=7), the detection limit was 0.04 mg/L. Conclusion: Avoid using harmful material such as methanol and acetonitrile by selecting separation column, the method was rapid and exact. It could be used to determine the content of fumaric acid and maleic acid.
