摘要
通过对自动运动粘度计(转子法)操作改进前后的技术分析对比,分析操作中的各种影响因素,如环境、清洗剂、压缩气体等,提出相对应的改进措施,确保自动运动粘度计的快速检测的准确性和重复性,使实验室能极大提高检测效率和降低实验人员的劳动强度。
Technical analysis compared before and after the improvement of the automatic kinematic viscosimeter (Rotor method) operation, analysis of the various influencing factors in the operation, such as the environment, cleaning agents, compressed gas, put forward the corresponding improvement measure, ensure that the accuracy and repeatability of automatic kinematic viscosimeter rapid detection, the laboratory can greatly improve detection efficiency and reduce the labor intensity of the laboratory personnel.
