Practice and Research on the Talent Cultivation Mode of High Quality and Application Type Talents in the Applied Chemistry Specialty

针对目前社会对应用型人才的需求,就如何转变应用化学专业人才培养模式,培养高素质应用型人才做了一些有益的尝试,其中包括对应用化学专业培养目标的确定、课程体系构建、师资队伍建设等,提出了确保人才培养方案实施的措施。

According to the social needs for application type talents, several positive excises to cultivate high quality and application type talents in the applied chemistry specialty are tested to change the talent cultivation mode, which includes training objectives, systematic module integration and teaching staff constrution. The paper also proposes the measures to assure talent cultivation mode to put into practice.
