摘要
介绍一种二硫氰基甲烷的毛细管柱气相色谱定量分析方法。采用HP-5毛细管色谱柱,以邻苯二甲酸二甲酯为内标物,用氢火焰离子化检测器对二硫氰基甲烷进行气相色谱内标法定量分析。方法的平均回收率为99.73%,标准差为0.32,相对标准偏差为0.33%,线性相关系数为0.996。
A quantitative analysis method of Methylene Dithiocyanate by HP-5 capillary gas chromatography with FID detector and using dimethyl phthalate as internal standard was introduced.The results showed that average recovery,standard deviation,relatively standard deviation and linear correlation was 99.73 %,0.32,0.33 % and 0.996,respectively.
