With the development of computer technology and chemistry discipline,the application of computer in chemistry became more and more widely.Using a computer to solve chemical problems has become a must mastered measure for each chemical worker.The teaching purpose of the course ＂The Application of Computer in Chemistry＂ is to cultivate students the ability of using chemical related software and network to solve the professional problems in chemistry.This paper discussed the teaching of this course,from the teaching objectives,curriculum setting,and teaching contents.The discussion focused on the arrangement of teaching contents.
