针对日益严重的停车问题,对建筑物停车需求的主要影响因素进行了分析,通过构建停车需求率预测模型,并利用实例对模型进行验证,得出了几点具有指导意义的结论。

According to the increasingly serious parking problems, this paper analyzed the main affecting factors of building parking demands, through the construction of parking demand rate forecast model, and used examples to verify this model, reached some conclusions with guiding significance.
