为解决山区单线桥梁清筛换枕施工占用封闭点较多、安全风险较大的问题,根据丰沙线39座桥大规模清筛换枕的施工情况,改进了山区单线桥大修清筛换枕作业程序,并结合清筛换枕所采取的施工方法,提出了清筛换枕施工安全控制措施,在对桥梁结构不进行永久性加固的情况下,完成了清筛换枕施工,从而降低了山区单线桥梁清筛换枕施工的成本,为我国营业线上桥梁的大修施工提供了可借鉴的经验。

Under the conditions of non-eternal reinforcement of the bridge structure, it finishes the screen-clearing and pillow-changing construction. As a result, it reduces the screen-clearing and pillow-changing cost of mountainous single bridge, which has provided certain guiding value for overhaul construction of domestic operation bridge.
