清肺口服液对RSV肺炎患儿血清中IL-6及TNF-α表达水平的影响

Influence of Qingfei Oral Liquid on Serum IL-6 and TNF-α in Respiratory Syncytial Viral Pneumonia

目的探讨清肺口服液如何通过调节细胞因子而起到抑制呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用机理。方法留取RSV肺炎住院患儿经清肺口服液治疗前后血样标本各8份,每份标本2 mL。离心分离血清,-70℃冻存,采用酶联免疫吸附分析法分别测定细胞上清液中IL-6及TNF-α的含量。结果 RSV肺炎患儿经清肺口服液治疗后血清中IL-6及TNF-α的质量浓度均较治疗前改善,其变化均有统计学意义。结论清肺口服液能有效降低RSV肺炎患儿血清中IL-6及TNF-α的质量浓度,减轻RSV对正常免疫细胞的损害,抑制其毒性作用。

Objective ：To investigate the Qingfei Oral Liquid on interleukin-6（IL-6）and the tumor necrosis fac- tor-α （TNF-α） in children pneumonia with respiratory syneytial virus （RSV）. Methods：Blood samples of children which were diagnosed RSV pneumonia and used Qingfei Oral Liquid were preserved at clienic before and after treatment. Contents such as IL-6 and TNF-α of the supernatant fluid of retinal cells were detected by the ELISA method. Results： Contents including IL-6 and TNF-α in serum of the RSV pneumonia children were both reduced significantly after treatment. Conclusion ：The Qingfei Oral Liquid can effectively reduce the IL-6 and the TNF-α in serum,reduce the damage to normal immune cells caused by RSV and inhibit its toxic effect of the RSV penumonia children
