探讨纳米级中药黄芪对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠肠道菌群失调的调整作用 被引量:25

摘要 目的探讨纳米级中药黄芪对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠肠道菌群失调的调整作用。方法采用TNBS-乙醇液法建立溃疡性结肠炎大鼠模型,用纳米级黄芪进行调整性治疗,对治疗前后大鼠肠道菌群,肠道内乙酸含量,肝脏细菌易位数量进行检测并比较。结果纳米黄芪对溃疡性结肠炎大鼠肠道微生态失调具有很好的调整作用:纳米级黄芪治疗7 d后,大鼠肠道内双歧杆菌﹑乳酸杆菌含量明显上升,肠球菌﹑肠杆菌含量下降,大鼠肠道菌群比例恢复正常,大鼠结肠内挥发性脂肪酸的含量升高,肝脏细菌易位得到有效的控制。结论纳米中药黄芪具有调整肠道微生态失调的作用,是理想的微生态调节剂,而且其作用优于丽珠肠乐。 Objective: To explore the regulative action of narw-pharmaceutic astragalus for intestinal dysbacte- riosis in ulcerative colitis rats. Methods: The ulcerative colitis rat model was established by the TNBS/ethanol liquid. After these rats were used with nano-pharmaceutic astragalus,the intestinal bacteria,the acetic acid con- tent and the liver bacteria translocation number were detected and compared before and after treatment. Results: After nano-pharmaceutic astragalus for 7 days,contents including the bifidobacterium and the lactobacillus were increased. However,concentration such as the enterococcus and the intestinal bacillus were decreased. The pro- portions of intestinal flora of these rats were normal. Contents of volatile fatty acid in the colon were increased. The liver bacteria translocation was controlled effectively. Conclusion: Nano-pharmaceutic astragalus with the regulative action for intestinal dysbacteriosis is the ideal micro-ecological regulator. The efficacy of the nano- pharmaceutic astragalus is better than that of the Bifidobiogen-Livzon.
